How do i book?

Please fill out the request booking form on our Home page and we will send you a price quote. Or email us at info@luxeyardlounge.com. Let us know the date and time of your event as well as which packages and add-ons you are interested in. You can also visit our Instagram or Facebook page.

How far in advance should I book?

We are up and coming with limited spots this year so we suggest you book at least one month in advance especially when needing a weekend or holiday, as these are the first to book up.

how many power outlets do i need?

We need access to at least two separate power outlets. Please make sure all power outlets are in good working condition. If renting a AC or Heat unit, we need a separate outlet.

what if it is raining (or snowing - haha)?

We can set up in very light rain as long as the electrical outlets are covered and stored safely. Any heavy rains, snow, ice, or winds more than 20 mph will result in the need to reschedule.

what type of surface do i need?

Grass, concrete, dirt, decking and more. For any hard surfaces, please inform us during booking for us to arrange proper supplies. We are unable to set up on any type of rocks or sharp edges, as this can cause wear through the material. Please have all trash, debris, and pet/animal excrement picked up beforehand.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! If cancellation is done more than 7 days prior to event, a full refund will be given.

are the inflatables air conditioned?

We provide portable air conditioners and heaters as add-ons for an additional cost. Due to the high power consumption of these units, it is recommended to have a separate circuit breaker to prevent power outages.
